Caisheng Launches New CL-IL250 RFID Automatic Laminating Machine for One-Pass RFID Label Converting

With a maximum laminating speed of 60 m/min, the machine ensures stable operation and high precision, achieving cutting, transfer and die-cutting accuracy of ±0.5 mm. Equipped with a dedicated dry inlay die-cutting unit and a hot-melt adhesive coating system, the CL-IL250 enables the production of both RFID dry inlays and wet inlays with excellent consistency and efficiency.
To further streamline the converting process, the machine is also equipped with a high-speed rotary die-cutting unit and a sheet-cutting unit, allowing users to complete Label Converting and card production in a single pass. This integrated design helps reduce production time, improve productivity, and lower manufacturing costs.
For customers seeking enhanced quality control, an optional RFID label inspection and defective label marking system is available. The system automatically inspects RFID labels and marks defective labels online, making them easy to identify and remove during subsequent processes.
