The customer originally operated several conventional label printing machines (tilt-back models) for daily production. By chance, they came across the Caisheng brand a few years ago and purchased two pre-owned Caisheng intermittent Letterpress machines through a third-party reseller. To their pleasant surprise, the machines proved extremely durable, stable, and user-friendly, allowing them to significantly reduce manual labor and improve overall efficiency. As a result, their production output and business performance both grew rapidly.

Encouraged by these results, the customer reached out directly to Shenzhen Caisheng Printing Machinery Co., Ltd. to develop customized intermittent letterpress machines tailored to their product range and order structure. Over just a few years, Caisheng’s intermittent presses have successfully replaced almost all of their older label machines, enabling them to handle diverse label applications with different configurations and functions.

This latest solution empowers them to achieve multi-layer labels and multiple cold-foil label production with higher precision, flexibility, and profitability.
