K-PRINT 2026 Review: Caisheng Showcases Flexible Label Printing Solutions

K-PRINT 2026 has successfully concluded, and Caisheng Printing Machinery was pleased to meet label converters, printing professionals, partners and industry visitors at KINTEX in Goyang, Korea.

During the exhibition, Caisheng presented two different label printing solutions — the CS-J380F Intermittent Flexo Press and the CS-220 Mini Intermittent Letterpress — demonstrating our approach to flexible and efficient label production.

Two Presses, Different Production Needs

CS-J380F Intermittent Flexo Press

The CS-J380F was one of the key highlights of our K-PRINT 2026 showcase.

Designed for flexible label production, the intermittent flexo press combines efficient printing performance with fast job changeover, making it suitable for converters handling a wide range of label orders.

During the exhibition, the CS-J380F was demonstrated at 12,000 RPH, showcasing stable printing performance and efficient production capabilities.

Its flexible configuration can also support additional converting processes according to production requirements, helping converters achieve more operations in a streamlined production workflow.

CS-220 Mini Intermittent Letterpress

Alongside the CS-J380F, Caisheng also presented the CS-220 Mini Intermittent Letterpress, a compact solution designed for efficient label production in a smaller footprint.

The CS-220 demonstrated multi-color label printing together with flatbed die cutting, highlighting the advantages of combining printing and finishing processes within one compact machine.

Its configuration makes it an attractive option for converters looking for a practical solution for short- and medium-run label production.

What We Heard at K-PRINT 2026

Throughout the exhibition, we had the opportunity to discuss production requirements and market trends with visitors from Korea and other markets.

One of the key topics was the growing need for greater production flexibility, faster job changeover and stable printing quality.

For many label converters, equipment selection is no longer only about printing speed. Production efficiency, setup time, job flexibility and the ability to integrate different processes are becoming increasingly important.

These conversations also reinforced our belief that there is no single solution for every label converter.

Different applications, substrates, order volumes and finishing requirements call for different machine configurations.
